It was an unparalleled joy to see Andy on the big screen again in "Waitress." He seemed relaxed and full of the old spark and wit. I highly recommend this movie, even though i agree with Aunt Bee from Orlando that there's a lot of folks doing immoral stuff, which frankly offends me, because I extremely moral if not Saintly. Ok just kidding about that last part.
One thing I noticed, but not well enough: In the scene where the eponymous main character Jenna asks Cal, the fry cook if he is happy, we briefly see an old newspaper clipping on the wall which if I'm not mistaken, contains a photo of a mid-60's era Andy Griffith. Can any trained noticers confirm or discount this? Lastly, there was a recent interview on NPR with Andy Griffith in which he talks about "Waitress," "A Face in the Crowd," and some other stuff. here's the link: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=10145664 Jason http://jasonharrod.com http://myspace.com/jasonharrodmusic _______________________________________________ WBMUTBB mailing list [email protected] http://mail.wbmutbb.com/mailman/listinfo/wbmutbb_wbmutbb.com http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/wbmutbb/
