First of all, thanks for your help on remembering Floyd's favorite at Wallys.....Nectarine Crush! I knew it as soon as I read it! :) Now here is a little help on salt rising (also known as salt risen) bread. Sorry I haven't tested the recipie, but I've baked a lot of bread in my time and I think I'll give it a try. (I realize submitting an untested recipie is like taking a store bought cake to a bake sale---it just ain't right..but). Here is a good link for background info.
