I read in the Robertson County Times last week about the police chief of Coopertown being fired. The interim police chief in his comments said, "When you are a lawman and you are dealing with people, you don't go so much by the book as by the heart" I believe that is a comment that Barney made in Andy on Trial, if I am not mistaken. I know it's from a Andy Griffith show.
