Hi folks, I came across this eBay auction today. These coloring books are VERY hard to find, and they are not cheap. They'd make a great addition to any serious TAGS fan's collection. The seller's screen name is barneys1bullet and I do not know who that is, but perhaps s/he is here among us?
The yellow one in the auction is a version I haven't seen before. All the blue ones I've seen are thick (bound like a paperback book) and priced at 50 cents, and all the yellow ones I've seen are thin (with staples like a comic book) and priced at 10 cents. However, the yellow one in this auction appears to be the thick version. I can't read the cover price in the pictures, though. I have a thick blue one and a thin yellow one, and all of the pictures in the yellow one are also in the blue one. The rest of the blue book is filled with generic coloring book pictures which have nothing to do with TAGS. A word of warning to collectors: be aware that reprints exist of the thin yellow version. If you come across a copy in near-perfect condition, it is almost certainly a reprint, and worth maybe $10-20 at most. I own an ORIGINAL one in perfect (and I say perfect) condition; I am certain it is the finest copy in existence (ask Allan! he's seen it at my house).
