One other time that Barney is fully loaded is when he qualifys at the pistol shooting for Law Enforcement in the Lucky Letter episode. He also is fully loaded when they shoot at the bottles that he completely misses and winds up knocking them off by hand.
Also this is for the guy who was talking about the smashed pennys. I forgot to save the email and can't send one to him directly. But in the Ft Worth Tx Stockyards there is a penny smashing machine (it costs several quarters to use it along with a penny) It smashed it out in the picture of a Long Horn.
