Fellow mayberrians this week was a trying time for us amerikans (floyd r. Turbo) (sorry!) with the terrible thing in Virginia, @vt , this got me to thinking, I 've been under my bucket this week, do you wanna take a thank under there? any way all the events, 911- columbine - the irac situation & so we know how The Mayberry law would of handled the situation, the boy or boys would have been put under high tech surveillance, ( Hole in newspaper- cross dressing or the boys bike impounded, & so on), yes it is nice to have a place to escape even if for 30 minutes at a time, & yes as with the rest of the world my thought & prayers are with the sad happening @ VT & in Mayberry fashion since the courthouse in a lot of towns are on a block by them self's, but not in Mayberry, so I'd suspect the good citizens of Mayberry would gather at the park round the old cannon, & have a prayer service or candlelight vigil or the like.& maybe just maybe we the Mayberry community could symbolical hold hands round the cannon & pray america need it, mayberry expects it & it is just a good thing to do. if youd like to take my challenge then here it is, maybe at a designated time this week us that live in mayberry in our minds & hearts could do something in unison. thanks for letting me thank this out.
