I believe it was only mentioned that Barney and Andy were cousins in just two episodes. In episode 2 "The Manhunt" Barney refers to Andy as "Cousin Andy" and in Episode 6 "The Runaway Kid" Barney again refers to Andy as "Cousin Andy" when he writes him a ticket for parking in front of a fire plug. I cannot think of any other references, but if there is a third, I should would like to know it so I can store that bit of information in my memory bank. I do have a photographic memory you know, trouble is, I am always out of film.
