ONE 1/2 GALLON JAR QUARTERED DILL PICKLES
ONE 8OZ. JAR HORSERADISH ( COARSE NOT CREAMY )
TWO CLOVES GARLIC
1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
2/3 CUP PLUS 2 TABLESPOONS WHITE VINEGAR
1/3 CUP PLUS 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
DRAIN AND RINSE PICKLES THEN RETURN TO JAR ( SAVE JUICE AND USE IT TO TOP OFF 
THE JAR )
ADD HORSE RADISH AND GARLIC
BOIL SUGAR, VINEGAR AND WATER AND POUR OVER PICKLES
AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED...TOP OFF WITH THE JUICE YOU SAVED
REFRIGERATE AND SHAKE FROM TIME TO TIME
THE LONGER THEY AGE IN THE FRIG THE BETTER THEY ARE.
