There is a store with locations around Arkansas and maybe in Tulsa and Branson called Ozark Mountain Smokehouse. There you can get a smoked ham or turkey sandwich on salt rising bread or you can buy yourself a whole loaf of it to take home. It recently changed hands due to the retirement of the owner, and I think they are not taking orders over the internet, but you might call one of the stores and order a loaf if you really wanted one badly enough!
