You know this ongoing discussion about Andy being Crankier in color. I think its jus because you can see that vein in his neck popping out a little better in color (ha ha). Actually you can see the wrinkles in his forehead and grey hairs a little more clear in color.
I don't totally disagree with what has been said, but I would have to say that for the most part it (Andy's crankiness in color) is acting. If you go back and look at the B&W episode when he wanted Aunt Bee the "Call the man"...or when he needed a vacation, or when he had a duty to evict Mr. Frisbee.. Or when the couple was fighting, He was irritable and cranky in all those and more B&W episodes. Its just not as memorable, because he seemed to laugh more, and play jokes as some have mentioned. So I have to smile when folks think he was only cranky in color. So help me with the list---When was Andy cranky in Black and White--even with Barney.
