The RFD episodes in question are NOT legal. I would not purchase them as I'm fearful of purchasing things that break copyright in this way. If I were y'all, I'd wait until the RFD episodes are really released on DVD. I have no information about when/if that'll happen but I'm betting if we wait...it will.
