I love the show where Barney was tricked by the "college girl" to make it seem like Andy wasn't that great a sherrif. When Barney is on the stand after realizing he's been tricked, he gives one of the finest examples of acting I have ever seen. A lot is said about Don Knotts being funny, and winning five Emmy's and so forth...but you watch that speech he makes at the hearing and if you aren't moved by it.....something's wrong.
