According to Diane, those of us who sometimes would rather see a bat should head over to the Congaree National Park.
For those of us raised in SC, that used to just be a big swamp to us. In fact, the web site is nps.gov/cosw where the "cosw" would be Congaree Swamp. But I think we have a precedent about all this. Remember the Robert E. Lee Bridge started out as a tree that fell across the creek. Likewise, our National Park started out as a swamp. My memory might be fading (most of the rest of me is) a bit, but I seem to remember that it was one time called Ol' Man Kelsey's Swamp. dan _______________________________________________ WBMUTBB mailing list [email protected] http://mail.wbmutbb.com/mailman/listinfo/wbmutbb_wbmutbb.com http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/wbmutbb/
