On December 1, my husband and I went on an owl prowl at Congaree National Park, just outside of Columbia, SC. At about 8pm we stopped our walk to listen to the ranger explain about the species of bats found in that area. She concluded her talk by letting us know that contrary to common belief, they would not lay eggs in your hair and make you go crazy. On December 6, I was reading an article on the internet about a man that had driven a 1989 Saab for 1million + miles. It is now in an automobile museum in Wisconsin. I clicked on the link for the museum and was delighted to find that they have an all new display area for the Hudson Essex Terraplane. It is nice to know that people in that area that have horse allergies have a place to have their picture made.
