Norris Goff ( of Lum and Abner fame ) did appear in "Opie's Job", but also was in A Gomber Pyle U.S.M.C. episode titled " Gomer Pyle's Good Luck Charm". Both of these are listed as being in 1965. Lum and Abner was ( and is ) my all time favorite radio show and it was fun to see him in those two episodes. Before that you have to go back to 1956 to see him in a Lum and Abner movie. Always wondered why he didn't do more from 1956-1965.
