Goober does indeed have a brother, named Braden, in an RFD episode. He's a brilliant engineer working in the space program.
And, 99.9% of you will be surprised to learn that Goober also has two sisters! Their names are Pearl and Becky. This was revealed in a pilot episode called "Goober and the Truckers' Paradise," a spinoff of TAGS that "didn't take." The pilot episode aired exactly once, in May of 1978. The theme song was performed by Ray Stevens.
