THE DARLINGS ARE COMING......I have watched and re-watched this great episodes so many times. It wasn't until a few weeks ago that I discovered that the man who played "Brisco Darling" was actually Denver Pyle, the beloved "Uncle Jessie" from The Dukes Of Hazzard. I was so shocked! I wonder could he really "jug" in real life like he did no this episode. I guess that was my first taste of blue grass music. They are can really play, can't they? Anyone heard anything recently about the lady who played Charlene? I did go to a website to look for info on THE DILLIARDS (that was the real name for the Darlings) and I think some of the guys are still living. Great musicians.
