I forgot to mention one very important fact...during Col. Tim's Talent Time
on Saturday night. There was a newcomer to the show....Mr. Schwamp was on
stage! Talk about a talker! Wow!! He almost said something one time, but it
passed.
Another thing I didn't mention on the show...or I don't think I did....I am
sure all of you have read about the death of the Pillsbury Doughboy. This
year, here comes David Browning in a high silk hat and a long coat with
tails...I
guess the undertaker. He read this obituary of the doughboy and embellished
it as only he can! That was the funniest thing I have seen in a long time and
I hope, David, iffen you are reading all this...keep it in for next year as
well.
And I must say he did a fine job on Barney and The Choir as well. Fine job!!
See what you folks are missing by not going? Pack the car and come on down!
You will never regret it!
Now, I am gonna get me a shower and watch some football...at least until I
fall asleep in my recliner.
Know what I think I will do? Get all my cameras out and put them on a table
and take a photo of them and anyone who wants to see them at the Days next
year can see a photo of my cameras!
