i dont mean to be a party pooper... but can we use another term other > than Amber Alert? it just doesnt seem right (to me anyway) to use > such a serious systems name for Mr. Swump sightings... ------------------------------- Folks,
We'll keep using Amber Alert. As Joe mentioned, Barney was using that term LONG before it meant anything like it does now. This Digest is a "Mayberry" digest. Amber alert means "one of us awake at all times" and nothing more. If it bothers anyone, please take it in the context in which it is meant and try and over look it. We've been using that term around here for going on 15 years. Maybe we ought to have made the police change their term? :) --Allan Newsome WBMUTBB Digest _______________________________________________ WBMUTBB mailing list [email protected] http://mail.wbmutbb.com/mailman/listinfo/wbmutbb_wbmutbb.com http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/wbmutbb/
