As some of you know, I have been writing a book about our beloved folks in Mayberry. I have completed my manuscript and it is now in the hands of Westview Publishing Co. in Nashville. The title of my book is "Mayberry Reflections: the Early Years". I decided to do a first book on the first four years of TAGS. The book is my personal reflection on each of the first 127 episodes. I have also included several other features and a number of special photographs that I took while spending time at the Taylor Home Inn B&B in Clear Lake, Wisconsin. We are hoping the that the book will be available sometime in October. There will be announcements forthcoming and more information about my book. I just wanted all my wonderful friends at WBMUTBB to be among the first to know. If this first book is a success, I hope to do a second book on the final four years of TAGS.
