Hi Gang -- I have a hunch these people are really going to do what they want no matter what, and to require 300 responses a month, how many months would it take before they changed their minds. I tried to register on their site and after filling out the information they required it kept coming back to the same screen. I had Unchecked the box about "getting email from third partys" and each time the page came back the box was RE-checked. I have a feeling you can't register unless you agree to accept the spam email that no doubt will be forthcoming. For those continuing with this mission, all the best of luck. Hope it does help!
