I was watching the episode about Barney giving the Governer's car a ticket and when they showed the license plate of the governers car I paused and zoomed in on it. I'm not sure if Ernest T made this plate for them or they deliberately had to misspell things due to legal issues but instead of saying North Carolina it says Noth Capolnia at the bottom and at the top it says Drlve Daftdeye (which I assume was supposed to say Drive Safely).
