Remember to ask the building committee to make sure that there is enough room on all sides of the foundation for a moat, just in case the foundation sinks and you need to flood one side or the other to level the building, thats so you'll still have enough money left to buy those new robes...also maybe that used (almost new) organ for Miss Edwards to play...Bill of the desert.
