That is the only mention of Mrs. Mason's Drugstore but in some scenes starting in season 2 you see Franklyn's Pharmacy sign and there is the drug store and soda fountain where Opie got his firts real job.
Same with grocery stores: Doakes Market, Foley's Grocery, and Art Crowley's Market all appear, depending which season of TAGS you're watching.
