Juanite, that line is from "Goodbye, Sheriff Taylor" from TAGS' fifth season. Since Allen prompted us once again about the Mayberry Gossip Club, I finally got myself signed up so that I could participate. Then I located the abovementioned episode and added Barney's quote to the "Odd Facts Known by Few" category. As a self-proclaimed trained noticer (only one of many worthy T.N.'s on the digest), I will try to take the time to post little tidbits as I come across them in my viewing.
