Anyone catch the CMT special "The 20 Greatest Country Comedy Shows of All
Time"? Our beloved Mayberry was represented not once, not twice, but
*three*
times, with TAGS getting its place of honor at #1. "Gomer Pyle, USMC" was
#8 and
"Mayberry R.F.D." was #14. And yes, there were clips, and interview bites
with Andy Griffith and Don Knotts.
