I just wanted to share this with all my Mayberry friends on the digest. Actually, I guess you would really call this a plug. A couple of months ago, while reading the bulletin board, I came upon a post that offered a "Christmas Village" of Mayberry. (see: www.mayberrybuildings.com). I decided to go ahead and order the "lit" version...and also added Wallys' filling station. These buildings are all handmade. Well, I finally received my order a few weeks ago(actually, the wait wasn't long at all) and let me tell you.......this is by far, the neatest thing that I have relating to Mayberry. I have it sitting on top of my dresser, and I rushed out to get a few cars for it (a friend of mine gave me a Mayberry squad car too) and I have a couple of little people standing in front of the hotel. Once I am done populating it, I will have some good pictures to share. I'm telling you.....it is just too cool to look at. Anyway, i'm having so much fun with it, I just had to share it with you!!!! So, thanks again Jimmy Dean, you did a wonderful job on this, and thanks to all of you for listening to me for a minute.
