I think I may have made another sighting, but need someone else with the MASH DVD's to check it out. In the first season of MASH, episode "Dear Dad", while writing to his father, Hawkeye goes to the mess tent to "buy (him) a cup of coffee." On his way out of the tent, he runs into another nurse with whom he has a date for the evening. It looks to me like the actress could be the same as Mayberry's Frankie Flint. She's not credited, however, so I'm not sure if it is her.
