Right you are, Brian, and, as a matter of fact, Delos Jewkes WAS the voice of God in Cecil B. DeMille's "The Ten Commandments." He also appeared in virtually all of the Janette MacDonald-Nelson Eddy musicals, as well as in ³The Music Man² (with Ronny Howard) and, of course, in ³The Love God?² (with Don Knotts). His vocal range was truly impressive, capable of going five full octaves below high C. This means that he could sing down near the limits of human hearing. Yep, no doubt about it, our own Glen Cripe really could ³sing a lick.² Richard Veit _______________________________________________ WBMUTBB mailing list [email protected] http://mail.wbmutbb.com/mailman/listinfo/wbmutbb_wbmutbb.com http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/wbmutbb/
