I think Barney's middle name is so obvious. The P. stands for Pistol Packing. Doesn't that have a nice ring to it. ? Barney Pistol Packing Fife. Anyway, that's my theory. Or it could be Barney Pickle Pucker Fife. Or how about Barney Patrolman Fife? But to me the best would be Barney Perfect Pal Fife.
