Without making a moulage about a non-TAGS item, let me just say that no! - it's not Philip. I'm aware of Mr Worth's made-up name in his trivia book, and I'm aware of his reasons. The real name has nothing to do with that. You are right to say it was never mentioned on the show, but I'm just saying that it was seen! Clearly visible when he shows his ID to Eddie Albert in "Dead Weight" (1971). I imagine the prop man just scribbled any old name he could think of on the ID to make it look real, but it's there, nonetheless! I've had many interested parties ask me (and have emailed them), so I'll tell you right here and now: Look away if you want to retain the mystery.
