Watching an original Dragnet yesterday and was really surprised to see Officer Frank Smith was not the Frank Smith (played for years by Ben Alexander) I was used to seeing. It was Bobby Fleet! (the 2nd one). Plus one of the bad guy was The Bookie Barber (Herb Vigran).
