North Carolina recently passed a law concerning how doctors' offices can bill for pathology services. The NC Medical Board has responsibility for notifying physicians of the new law. So far, only speciality associations such as the dematologists have said anything about the law, nothing from the Medical Board. Do what you want, but as for me, I'm going to wait for the official verification.
