Hey Folks, I got a great surprise in the mail earlier in the week from Ronnie Schell. Ronnie made a couple appearences on TAGS but is probably best known for his character "Duke Slater" on Gomer Pyle, USMC. Ronnie starred in a sitcom called "Good Morning World" during the Gomer years. The sitcom only ran for about a season and a half. It also starred Julie Parrish, Billy DeWolf, Joby Baker and Goldie Hawn in her first TV role. Ronnie sent me an advanced copy of this great DVD set. The 4 DVD's are full of interviews and bios. This really was a great show about Joby and Ronnie, 2 radio DJ's. Joby and Julie were the married couple and Ronnie and Goldie were the dating couple. There are some really good episodes here. Probably the only reason this show didn't make it was because it was up against "Tuesday Night at the Movies" which was a HUGE ratings grabber. The DVD set is available nationally this coming Tuesday. Do yourself a favor and check it out!!
