I have never seen this question asked nor any comment made on it, but as a
calculated guess, how far would you say Leon lived from the courthouse? Some
days it seems his "sammich" only had a couple bites taken out of it, which
meant he lived very close. Other times it was about half eaten, which would
give
him a little more roaming room before getting to the courthouse.
Or could it be his mom worked in a nearby store, and packed a sandwich for
him to have at lunch time?
