Hello Mayberry friends: This is Jeff Branch from Oakboro NC better known as Howard. First of all I would like to thank many of you who have emailed me, phoned me and said many prayers for me.
I am a deputy with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office in NC and I had just got out of a trial at 5:15 pm. It was raining and our parking lot is across from the courthouse. I looked to my left and right and the road was clear. I took off to get out of the rain when a car came out of the alley street and struck me in the middle of the road. The driver did not see me and luckly he was not going fast. I ended up on the hood and then was thrown on the pavement. I stood up but could not walk. My left leg moved in two places so I thought I had broken it. Xray's showed that it was not broken. On Tuesday I had a cat scan and I go to the Orthapedic Doctor on Monday Feb 18th..... FOr a person who is use to being on the go this has got me BIG TIME!!!! BIG BIG!!! Thanks to my Mayberry Family and especailly David Browning for posting info about me......
