I've been thinking about for whom to vote in the upcoming mayoral election. Do I want a mayor who would allow his wife and daughters to make fools of themselves at Founders' Day parades and tree cutting ceremonies (even if done out of blind affection), or do I want a mayor who will buy his wife a bed jacket as a token of how much he has missed her while she was away? Of course, he did trade it for a fishing pole . . .
