It seems to me that I read/heard or otherwise came to know that Season 5 of TAGS, thought aired in B&W, was actually taped in color.
I am aware that at least one season of The Lucy Show was shot in color but aired in black and white, as CBS transitioned to color TV programming in order to compete with NBC. Might be just my (vivid) imagination, but season 5's appearance on the TV screen looks like a color program (edges a little fuzzier than B&W episodes) with the color turned "off". (Remember how you used to be able to do that with the first color TV sets? Turn "off" the color with the twist of a button.)
