Paul, I respectfully disagree. I check my personal email several times a
day from work, and I use a web browser to do so. I am sporadically
receiving digests, and they aren't appearing on the web view OR my email
client on my home PC.

I think the server has a hitch in its get-along.

Seems to be a lot of folks not getting the digest lately. I was having the
same problem, and here's how I fixed it:

A: Do not use an email program. I had been using Outlook Express, until I
realized that a great many messages intended for me were not getting
through, even if I turned off the spam blocker. Instead of using an email
program, see if it is possible to log onto your ISP and get your mail
directly from there. For example, if your email address is
[EMAIL PROTECTED], you can probably log on to
www.me-they-me-they.com and get your mail directly from there. You may find
several days' (or even weeks') worth of messages waiting for you. Another
advantage to doing it this way is that you can check your email from any
computer, anywhere, not just your own computer at home.

2: If you use AT&T (which includes many other domain names like
prodigy.net, yahoo.com, sbcglobal.net, and all the names with "bell" in
them), download and run the AT&T self-support tool from www.helpme.att.net.

c: If your ISP is part of AT&T (see 2 above), you can just log in to Yahoo!
with your existing email address as if it were a Yahoo! screen name. I've
been doing this for a while and it works great for me.

IV: If none of this works you can always just create a new email address
for yourself and subscribe to the digest from that address. Popular choices
are yahoo.com and hotmail.com.

I guess none of these suggestions will be very helpful if this message
doesn't reach the people who aren't getting the digest, but I figured I'd
post this message anyway in the hope that it might help someone.
