As we mourn the passing of Earle Hagen, it's interesting that we never heard his own words spoken. But we have Earle's music of Mayberry, Camp Henderson and many others in our hearts. I hope I speak for many when I say that a fitting tribute would be that his procession be whistled. The echo will forever follow us to the fishin' hole of our choosing. Thanks Earl - you made it happen.
