You have to be careful in these mysterious death cases. There is so much third party, heresay etc. For example in the link that you provided....http://thecloakofdarkness.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html The writer claims that "Tammy Windsor appeared in a Hawaiian Eye episode in 1960 in which Karyn Kupcinet was featured but not credited." When in fact Karyn appeared in 5 episodes and was indeed credited for the appearances (according to IMDB).
