I was watching the episode last night about trying to get the band concert together after hearing the sermon from the preacher from NYC.
Andy tells Barney he thinks he's going to run down to the drugstore and get ice cream for later. It made me think - would Walker's Drugstore be open on a Sunday - or is Andy just going to let himself in to get it? Where I lived (Miami Fla) in the 50s, The local drug store was always open on Sunday. People would always go there for a coke or ice cream cone after church. I don't think anyone does that any more.
