Was he always a shady character or did he play any "nice guy" roles?? Or family man roles?<<< Joe, I know Tom will have a lot more info on Herbie Faye, but he did guest a few times on "The Dick Van Dyke Show" also. I especially liked the episode(s) where he appeared as a deli owner who sold food (sandwiches, pastries) to the office workers in Rob's building. He was "legit" and very funny in that role.
