Allan: I very much enjoyed the interviews with George Lindsey. It's so good
to still be able to talk with and listen to some of the great actors that
appeared on the show. I also enjoyed your comments. Don't often write but
enjoy the digest and all things Mayberry. Tim & I work together at my
brother's
hardware store here in Ohio and most days we are playing the Andy Griffith
show dvds on the hardware TV. Luckily our brother, Lonnie, is also a Mayberry
fan. Besides hardware & feed he sells stoves and fireplace inserts, and on
these mantels he displays the autographed photos of Betty Lynn and our "Sweet
Ramona". (of course Tim had to add his picture. ) It's nice to have a little
bit of Mayberry added to our work day. The customers enjoy it and we get quite
a few comments on the show. I had to smile when I walked over by the stoves
the other day and there stood a customer just watching the show. Anyway keep
up the good work and we do appreciate all you do. Diane
