Dear Sweet Friends, I love all the facts pouring out about our friend James Best and the great music that came from his guitar. But let's give credit where it really belongs. Who do you think sold Jim his first play guitar? None other than little ole me and Lydia over here at the Dime Store. Not that Lydia likes guitar music. She hates it, and tried her best to get Jim interested in a clarinet or a saxophone; but his heart was set on a guitar. Now everybody is happy. Everybody that is except our Lydia. Poor thing breaks out in a rash every time she hears a guitar solo.
