Regarding noise in Mayberry, how about when those dang Darling boys were
snoring so loudly. Never could figure out why Andy and Barney put up with
that while trying to sleep in a chair. Why didn't they just go outside and
sleep in the car? After all they did do that in Barney's old '54 Ford. I
never could figure out why they both went in the back seat to sleep in that
episode. That would raise some eyebrows nowadays.
