I have all the seasons of "I Love Lucy" on DVD, as well as all available DVD's of "The Lucy Show" and "Here's Lucy." I cannot recall ever seeing Andy on any Lucy shows, and I think I would have remembered if I did. However, if anybody out there knows something I don't, please correct me.
