The main audience shot we shot we see Mayor Stoner in the front row, directly behind him Barney, behind Barney and unidentified bald background actor, and behind that man, Nice Dress Nellie. Then in an alternate shot, probably to make the audience look larger, we see another group of people also including Nellie, but she is surrounded by a different group! She is not behind the bald man, and the next row up are two ladies not in Barney's row. How'd they do it Sheriff? Nellie in two placed at once? I think this should earn me a higher Level of Trained Noticin' (if its true) like Detective in Training.
