Thanks for the responses/ideas for our favorite show having scenes proven or disproven on Mythbusters.
In a neat sense of irony, As I type this, tonight's (Wed 9 EST) episode of Mythbusters is about Fainting Goats. Good think Jimmy wasn't that breed.. or possibly "blooey" Here are some more things that could be tried. Didn't Gomer say Goober could do 80 in his hopped-up boat?? What kind of jet-boat would it take to go 80 MPH on water?? Could a skinny boy (or man) really reach in a milk bottle and lift out an egg?? When you're riding on a motorcycle at a certain speed, it is impossible to pronounce certain words?? How much mulberry squeezin's would it take to make a man tipsy? Could you really see aphids on roses from the road? Will tigers eat food touched by human Hands?? Or do they require tweezers?? We already know that placebos work (Emma's pills) (psychological effects) OK One more for now-Can you really stretch the human body with a harness to gain a half inch in height?
