Mr Hendricks, I believe Andy did partake a little on National Still Bustin' Day when Andy and Barney are at the Morriston Sister's and Barney takes that "Great big axe and goes pow, pow, pow!!" And also when Otis is named a hero for being kin to ole Nathan Tibbs, I think they all had a little snort then too.
